Josh
played three seasons of high school
basketball. As a
senior, he started
nearly every game for the
Bulldogs and averaged 4.5 points,
3
assists, 2 steals and 2 rebounds per
game.
Josh
was instrumental in
helping the team to
increase its win total
from last season,
including big
victories over Seneca and
Webb City. Against
the Cardinals, he scored 8
points, dished out 4
assists and recorded 3
steals. He was
credited with 9 points and
9 assists in an overtime
loss to Aurora and added 8
more assists the following
game against East Newton.
He handed out 7 more
assists in his final game
as a Bulldog.
Josh
received the "Most
Improved Player"
award at the end of his
senior season.
As
a guard, Josh played bigger
than his 5'8" frame,
grabbing rebounds and
occasionally recording a
big blocked shot.
His hustle, ball-handling
and court awareness kept
opposing teams off
balance.
